We do not directly provide payment processing, lending, or banking services. All such services are provided by third-party providers who are separately regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or other applicable UK regulatory bodies.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PurePay Brokers website at purepaybrokers.com and any related services, enquiry forms, or communications we provide (collectively, the "Service"). Any contract for merchant services, funding, or banking is entered into directly between you and the relevant provider. PurePay Brokers is not a party to that agreement.

Your actual rates will depend on your individual business profile and the provider's assessment.

PurePay Brokers may receive commission or referral fees from providers when we successfully introduce a customer who goes on to take a product or service. This does not result in any additional cost to you as the customer — our comparison and introduction service is provided free of charge to businesses. Where required by law or regulation, we will disclose the nature and amount of any commission to you before you proceed.
